This Barossa Valley blend of SHIRAZ, TEMPRANILLO, TOURIGA, and CABERNET is crimson red in colour, with a nose bursting with exotic berries – blueberry, cranberry & strawberry to name a few, along with cassis derived from some ripe Barossa Cabernet. The palate is full of the same “juicy” wild berry flavours with just enough acid and tannin to prevent it from being just another Aussie fruit bomb. YUM!

“Deep colour; the spicy black fruits of the bouquet hid as much as they reveal, not surprising given the multiplicity of flavours on the palate, predominantly black (black cherry, blackberry, blood plum and blackcurrant), together with spice, licorice and bitter chocolate; the tannins are ripe, playing an essential part in holding the melee together.” Wine Rating: James Halliday
